You host services bhpoland.org and redwatch.info. These webpages
openly promote national socialism, rasism, etc. Such activities are
against law in all peace-loving democratic countries and hereby I
ask you to take apropriate steps to take these sites down.
Zauważcie wjazd na tzw. "wartości", hehe.

Dreamhost does not censor or exert editorial control over any site
that it hosts. We will promtply remove specifically illegal content
such as child pornography or copyrighted works being used against
the copyright-holder's desire, but websites that simply put forth
someone's viewpoint are not considered illegal in the United
States, and Dreamhost does not choose to edit or censor these
sites, no matter how much we may personally disagree with the
content.
If you believe these websites to be engaged in explicitly illegal
activity beyond the realm of simple speech, I encourage you to
contact the authorities who may certainly contact us through the
proper legal channels. Dreamhost will of course abide by any court
orders or subpoenas within our jurisdiction.
Z powyższego wynika jasno, że jeśli prokuratura skontaktowałaby się z providerem, to są szanse na zdjęcie strony z sieci. Ze swojej strony wysłałem do nich jeszcze pytanie czy publikowanie zdjęć konkretnych osób bez ich zgody nie jest pogwałceniem praw autorskich. Nie znam się na prawie Stanów, więc wolę zapytać.
